Dirt High Promotions is excited to announce the return of the eagerly awaited Brookton Pony Express for 2024 after a year-long recess.

Western Australia is set to see the return a pony express racing series for the first time since 2022, with a new-look pony series calendar set to take place across the Wheatbelt in mid-2024.
The Brookton Pony Express Series is an endurance off-road racing series in Western Australia, where a team of two dirt bike riders relay across an approximate 20km off-road course over the course of four hours.
Pingelly is set to launch the 2024 Brookton Pony Express series for the first time, with the first of the three-round amateur Enduro series to be held in the Wheatbelt town.
A new track, extending from the Pingelly Recreation and Cultural Centre through the Pingelly Golf Club and surrounding farmland, will be constructed over the coming months to host the event. Round 1 in Pingelly is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, July 6, and Sunday, July 7.
Wheatbelt racing fans can get excited for Round 2 and Round 3 as the series returns to traditional hosts, Brookton, for the first time since 2022.
Round 2 in Brookton is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, August 3, and Sunday, August 4, while the final round will occur on August 31 and September 1.
Dirt High Promotions owner Willie Thomson said it has been a dream of his expand the racing calendar to include Pingelly.
“Seeing us host new races in these towns is incredibly exciting for us and the local racing community,” he said.
“We are expecting this year to be our biggest motocross calendar yet.”
This announcement comes only days after Dirt High Promotions announced the return of the Manjimup 15000.
