REGISTRATION: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN
When it is time for machine examination (see schedule below) make your way to the sign on/registration desk, you will be required to sign on and show your licence and club membership. You will be issued with a transponder which is your electronic timing device and if needed a transponder bracket, the transponder will need to be returned at the end of the event. Failure to hand these back may result with you incurring a $50.00 fine from Motorcycling WA so please keep that in mind. You also have the opportunity to purchase a transponder bracket at the event for $15.00.
You will be issued with an adhesive number to place on the front plate of your bike, if you do not already have permanent numbers or if your number will create a double up of numbers.
Once signed on you proceed to machine examination to have your bike and gear examined.
JUNIOR LICENCES:
If your junior competition licence does not have the correct endorsement listed on it for the class in which you have entered, you will be required to show your log book.
If you do not have a log book please contact Sally today on 0404 950 733.
Likewise, if you are junior and have entered with a one event competition licence and do not have a log book please contact Sally.
This does not apply to juniors entered in the non-competitive class.
BRACKETS:
If you have a transponder bracket it would be pretty helpful if you bring it we are in short supply, 40 brackets that we handed out in round 1 were not returned and this cost comes back to us. Motorcycling WA have only issued us with a limited amount of loan brackets so if you own a bracket please bring it, if you are one of the 40 that did not return it in Round 1 please bring it along in Round 2 we really could use it and then leave it with us 😉
PLEASE NOTE:
THERE ARE NO TEAR OFFS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT THIS IS A WORKING FARM PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELF WITH ROLL OFFS OR ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.
DOUBLE UP OF NUMBERS:
To avoid problems caused by the use of the same number multiple times within the transponder system, if you are asked to change your number we will provide you with a temporary number for your front plate.
