Camping Information
To manage risk and comply with The Shire of Manjimup and Motorcycling WA requirements the following regulations have been put into place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all campers at Manjimup.
Camping is only for riders, crew and officials. Anyone caught cheating the system will be removed will all parties associated with them.
You will sign in with the camp manager upon entry where your vehicle will be identified and your crew will be issued with camper specific wristbands.
You may only camp in the designated camping area, you may pit from your camp but you may not camp from the pits.
There is one way traffic through the entire venue in an anti-clockwise direction the entry is through the main gate off the South West Highway and the exit through gate two onto Cosy Creek road.
After 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday the pits will be closed to all vehicles.
Anyone found in the camping area after a nominated time without a wristband will be asked to leave. 8:00pm
Entry Gate will close at 8:30pm unless by prior arrangement with camp manager, this is to alleviate random persons driving into the grounds that have no business to be there.
Entry gate re-opens 5:45am Saturday and Sunday.
Lighting Towers will be turned off at approximately 10:00pm each night.
Drunkenness and bad behaviour is unacceptable and anyone found to be displaying this type of behaviour will be asked to leave the camp grounds along with those they are associated with.
For your safety and the safety of others Security presence has been increased, please abide by their directions and be respectful.
SECURITY
Security has the full authority of the management, partners and Willie to enforce the camping and code of conduct rules and regulations and in the event of noncompliance, they have the full authority to apprehend, detain or remove anybody acting in an anti-social or violent manner.
CAMP FIRES
Are permitted but must be small and contained, maximum camp fire size 0.5 cubic metres.
No fires between 7:30am and 4:30pm
Camp Fires to be extinguished when you go to bed, Whoever starts the fire is responsible for it.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
No loud music from any camp site at any time.
No Loud generators
No Loud Vehicles
No Key Bangers
DEPARTURE
All campers will be required to vacate the premises by 11:00am on Monday morning.
You are required to leave your camp site without rubbish, skip bins will be supplied to put your rubbish into, anything that does not fit into the bin please take with you.
Please do not leave rubbish in fire sites remove anything from the camp fire that is not meant to be there.
