ENTRY INTO VENUE
As we had previously advised everyone needs to pay through the gate.
Entry prices were reduced to reflect this change.
The change was made to streamline the process of ticking names off a list at the gate, with 500+ riders the list was long, and the system simply did not work for the local Manjimup group that run the gate, they had asked that we trial this for 2021 to see how it pans out, it worked well for them, so we have employed the same system for 2022. You will receive a wristband which you will need to wear for the weekend.
Adults $35.00 Children 5-15years $15.00 Family $85.00 (2 adults and 3 children)
CAMPERS
You must be associated with a rider to camp; thus, the onus is on the rider for the behaviour of the campers who have named him/her.
Camping opens officially at 09:00am Thursday
After you have passed through the admission gate you will travel straight ahead following the one-way road until you get to the Camp Manager HERE you will be ticked off the Camping Register, receive your Camping Wristbands and your car will have an identifying number placed on the windscreen.
The camping grounds are fenced with security at both entrance and exit, after 05:00pm only campers will be permitted in the campgrounds and those without camping wristbands will be asked to vacate.
We ask for you to show courtesy to your fellow campers keep the noise levels down after 09:00pm
You will be required to wear your wristband for the entire weekend, should it become ragged the camp manager will replace it when you hand over your old wristband, it must be on your wrist to be eligible for a replacement.
Please note: Your race bikes are permitted to be ridden at a walking pace to your camp or pit throughout the race day, but within 30 minutes or racing ending no bikes are to be ridden unless they have permission from the promoter.
PIT BIKES
Pit bikes are not permitted into the venue and every motorised recreational vehicle will be treated as a pit bike. Security Staff have been advised of the ruling and will report all instances to the Promoter, failing to abide by this rule will impact on your eligibility or that of your rider to enter into further events promoted by Dirt High Promotions, this ruling may seem trite but because of a small number who have in previous years impacted on other patrons and campers they simply cannot be tolerated.
