NO ADMISSION CHARGE
There is no spectator admission charge for this event, therefore you will not need wristbands or passes.
REGISTRATION: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN
When you arrive at the venue make your way to the sign on/registration desk, you will be required to sign on and show your licence and club membership. You will be issued with a transponder which is your electronic timing device and if needed a transponder bracket, the transponder will need to be returned at the end of the event. Failure to hand these back may result with you incurring a $50.00 fine from Motorcycling WA so please keep that in mind. You also have the opportunity to purchase a transponder bracket at the event for $15.00.
You will be issued with an adhesive number to place on the front plate of your bike, if you do not already have permanent numbers.
Once signed on you proceed to machine examination to have your bike and gear examined.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are NO TEAR OFFS allowed at this event this is a working farm please prepare yourself with another alternative.

MACHINE EXAMINATION SENIORS
Senior riders will get in a few rounds of practice on Saturday afternoon after junior racing and before flat track.

NOTES
Some classes have very low numbers example Womens (2) and 125cc Seniors (3) 80-160 juniors (4) 50cc Auto (1) our only option is to merge these riders to other classes so they can still race, please let us know at sign on or via email if this is a problem for you.
MEDICAL SUSPENSIONS
If you have been injured at an event and received a medical suspension from Motorcycling Western Australia and have not provided a medical certificate to them, you will need to provide it at registration before you can ride, the certificate must state that you are “Fit for Motorcycle activity”.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please be aware under the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport Code of Conduct the of your Crew and associates reflects upon you. , abuse of officials and any other undesirable behaviour may lead to you being evicted from the event.
DOGS
Dogs are not permitted at a Motorcycling Australia events, Guide dogs Excepted, please ask your crew not to bring their dogs the event as it compromises our permits and puts our officials under unnecessary pressure to try to evict the animals owners.
MEMBERSHIP:
It is compulsory to have a club membership to purchase a One Day Licence if you are not a member of a club you can pay for one day membership to the Trail and Enduro Club at registration. ($30.00)

Camping is available and encouraged.
Food Van
Important information regarding camping:
We ask you to treat this facility with the utmost respect.
This is a working farm; the farmer has generously allowed us to use his property.
Please No Dogs, No Spinning of wheels.
No loud music after 9:00 pm, No loud generators after 9:00 pm.
ALL RUBBISH MUST BE TAKEN HOME WITH YOU!!
No items that will damage the paddock to be released onto the grass, Fuel, oil, fats, dishwashing waste, please be considerate and dispose of them correctly.
If we show respect and abide by these rules there should be no reason, we are not welcomed back.
FIRES
Fires are permitted as long as they are contained and whoever starts the fire is responsible for it, please ensure that the fire is completely out before you leave the site, please note there is limited firewood available on this site you will need to make your own arrangements for firewood.
Please do not place cans or glass in the fire it is rubbish and someone has to clean it up.
