2025 Manjimup 15000 Supplementary Regulations JUNIOR AND SENIOR
ANNOUNCEMENT
Dirt High Promotions, known as the Promotor, will conduct the meeting known as The Manjimup 15000 Junior and Senior Event.
The above mentioned Event has been authorised by Motorcycling Western Australia which has issued the Motorcycling Australia Permit number (TBA) and is open to holders of current Motorcycling
Australia Junior and Senior National Licences. No One Event Competition Licences will be issued. 50cc Demo’s can obtain a Mini Licence, Introductory Licence, Junior Restricted Licence or a Junior National Competition Licence.
The meeting will be held in accordance with the current General Competition Rules (GCR’s), these
Supplementary Regulations, MA policies and any final instructions approved by Motorcycling Western Australia. By entering this meeting all parties agree to comply with such rules, regulations, by-laws and instructions.
Licencees from other Federations are also eligible to compete providing they have an FIM licence and Start Permission from their FMN.

No junior or senior may compete, except in Inter-Club / closed-to-Club Competitions, unless wearing the Machine identification number on their back in contrasting colours and with a minimum size of 125mm height and 20mm width of stroke.

Waved Yellow Flag – Danger, prepare to stop add no overtaking, reduction in speed should be observed, jumps should not be attempted

Waved Medical Flag – medical staff on track, proceed with extreme caution, riders must roll each jump individually with no jumping until the next flag point or a displayed green flag
Green Flag- Course is clear
Red Flag – Race or practice is stopped. Competitors must slow down and return to the start. Purple Flag – Protest flag for all junior competitors
Black and white chequered flag – Finish of race, practice or qualifying Last Lap Board – Indicates one lap remaining.

All stars shoot out 1st place $3000.00, 2nd place $1000.00, 3rd place $200.00.
PAYG Withholding affects the payment of prizemoney. If you do not provide an ABN or declare the sport is a hobby, the Promoter must withhold 46.5% of prize money over $50.00 which is otherwise payable to you.

Presentations will be held 30 minutes after completion of the final race.
Sound testing will take place at any time at the discretion of the Chief Scrutineer or the Clerk of Course. All machines must comply with the GCRs for all sound testing.

All competitors and officials are advised that random drug and alcohol testing may take place during the competition. Refer to MA website for details on the Safety Policy – Drug and Alcohol testing.
All competitors, officials and parents are reminded of MA’s zero tolerance of poor behaviour, either on or off track. The codification of the behaviours expected of MA members and all who attend or participate in
motorcycling is contained within MA’s policies, including its Member Welfare Policy and its Social Media Policy, which can be found at Policies and Sports Integrity Page – Motorcycling Australia (ma.org.au).
It is a condition of entry that consent is given by the entrant/rider and/or parent/guardian for all
photographs and electronic images (including moving images) that may be taken during the event by or on behalf of the Promoters, or with permission of the Promoters. All such images are the property of the Promoters and will only be used in accordance with the Motorcycling Australia Member Protection Policy and for the purposes of promotional or other purposes without further consent being required.

Final Instructions 2025 MANJIMUP 15000
Camping opens officially at 09:00am Thursday 29th May 2025.
You will be required to wear your wristband for the entire weekend, should it become ragged the
camp manager will replace it when you hand over your old wristband, it must be on your wrist to be eligible for a replacement. Only the Camp Manager to remove wrist bands.
All entry to the event will be through Gate 1 (the main entrance gate). The Camp Manager will be managing campers upon arrival at Gate 1. HERE you will be ticked off the Camping Register, receive your Camping Wristbands and your car will have an identifying number placed on the windscreen.
After 5:00pm only campers will be permitted in the campgrounds and those without camping wristbands will be asked to vacate.
We ask for you to show courtesy to your fellow campers and keep the noise levels down after 09:00pm. Failing to abide by this rule will impact on your eligibility or that of your rider to enter into further events promoted by Dirt High Promotions.
**PLEASE NOTE**
There is no pitting permitted from the clubrooms in an anticlockwise direction up to VIP. You may camp in this section however come race day there is to be no pitting, you must pit from the pits area.

Allstars Seniors will be allocated with a wristband that allows for three practice sessions per rider, once the three tags have been removed from your band you have had all your practice sessions. We strongly advise that those who to wish to participate in Fridays practice to plan their arrival with adequate time to spare. Due to the volume of competitors and entries for the event there will be no exceptions or accommodations made for those who are late. |

SIGN ON Sign on will be electronic and will be conducted under the verandah at the canteen. Can you please have your MA Ridernet app open with your licence QR / Or barcode ready to scan, screenshots of the barcodes will work fine. If an endorsement does not show on Ridernet or your physical licence card you will be required to show your logbook with the relevant coaching completed. Riders must ensure that licences are up to date, if you do not have a current MA licence you will not be able to participate. |

PIT BOARDS & CREW LICENCES |
Only officials of the Event or personnel who are 16 or over and hold a valid MA Senior National Competition or Crew licence are permitted in the pit board area. During an Event, only one signaller/mechanic is permitted in the signalling or mechanics area per rider competing in that Event. One event crew licences will be available via the ridernet website. |

CODE OF CONDUCT |
Please be aware of the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport Code of Conduct the behaviour of your Crew and associates reflects upon you. Antisocial behaviour, abuse of officials and any other undesirable behaviour may lead to you being evicted from the event. |
DOGS/ANIMALS |
Animals are not permitted at a Motorcycling Australia events, Guide dogs Excepted, please ask your crew not to bring their dogs into the event as it compromises our permits and puts our officials under unnecessary pressure to try to evict the animals’ owners. NO BYO ALCOHOL It is against the Liquor act to bring alcohol into the venue as it is Licenced for the weekend, therefore cars will be searched for alcohol and when found it will be confiscated. ONE WAY TRAFFIC Please abide by the one-way traffic direction whilst in the venue it has been put in place for a reason. For campers you must enter through the main gate and drive around please do not drive through the pits as it creates havoc when the event is underway. PATRON BEHAVIOUR |
Please see attached a list of penalties that will be enforced at the event. Over the years an increasing number of patrons have made disappointing decisions to conduct vandalism, aggressive/violent behaviour and a lack of respect and appreciation towards the promotor/volunteers and the club alike, this in no way shape or form will be tolerated.
Any behaviour which is conducted in these manners will see the perpetrator/s excluded from this event and the possibility of future events promoted by Dirt High Promotions.
