Dirt High Promotions has unveiled a brand new time trial event, fittingly named the All Stars Pole Shuffle.
The Pole Shuffle is a qualifying race that will set the grid order for Sunday’s Manjimup 15,000.
Riders are set to be allocated 10 laps around Cosy Creek MX Circuit to set their quickest lap time possible.
The leaderboard will be determined by lap times, and riders who finish higher on the leaderboard will be given preference over gate allocation for Sunday’s race.
Dirt High Promotions owner Willie Thomson says this event gives riders greater control over the outcome of their race weekend.
“Previously, riders were given a random grid allocation on Sunday, now they can control where they go and those who do well can earn their preferred grid slot,” he says.
Mr Thomson also says this is great news for race fans as those attending the weekend will now be able to see the All Stars on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
“This year’s racing will be the first time in a long time the seniors will be racing on all three days of the event,” he says.
“We are shaping up for an awesome Manji 15,000, with the Yamaha, Honda and Husqy boys all having confirmed they will be coming.”
The All Stars Pole Shuffle is set to take place around midday Saturday 31 May 2025. Spectator tickets are sold at the gate.
