EVENT DIRECTIONS
From Kelmscott travel down the Brookton Highway for around 108km.
Before you reach the Brookton Town Site the event will be on your right hand side of the road in the 110 Km zone it will be signed with Enduro arrows and KTM and PROX Bunting also a large PX sign with arrows pointing into the driveway.
ADDRESS
Lot 1 Brookton Highway, Brookton
There is no spectator admission charge for this event, therefore you will not need wristbands or passes.
PLEASE NOTE:
THERE ARE NO TEAR OFFS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT THIS IS A WORKING FARM PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELF WITH ROLL OFFS OR ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.
MEDICAL SUSPENSIONS
If you have been injured at an event and received a medical suspension from Motorcycling Western Australia and have not provided a medical certificate to them, you will need to provide it at registration before you can ride, the certificate must state that you are “Fit for Motorcycle activity”.
UNDER 18
If you are under 18 years of age we require you to have a guardian to sign for you, if you are not attending the Pony Express with your parents it is a requirement that you have a guardianship form signed by your parent giving permission for the Adult with you to act on their behalf. This form must be completed prior to coming to the event.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please be aware under the Motorcycling Australia Manual of Motorsport Code of Conduct the of your Crew and associates reflects upon you. abuse of officials and any other undesirable behaviour may lead to you being evicted from the event.
DOGS
Dogs are not permitted at a Motorcycling Australia events, Guide dogs Excepted, please ask your crew not to bring their dogs the event as it compromises our permits and puts our officials under unnecessary pressure to try to evict the animals owners.
Camping Information
CAMPING IS AVAILABLE AND ENCOURAGED
Camping is available and encouraged.
A food and Coffee van Arola’s Pies will be running over the weekend and be selling burgers and assorted Hot Foods and Drinks the they are new to the event and local to the area, they both will be onsite early and late for hot drinks, hot food etc.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CAMPING
We ask you to treat this facility with the utmost respect.
This is a working farm; the farmer has generously allowed us to use his property.
Please No Dogs, No Spinning of wheels.
No loud music after 9:00 pm, No loud generators after 9:00 pm.
ALL RUBBISH MUST BE TAKEN HOME WITH YOU!
No items that will damage the paddock to be released onto the grass, Fuel, oil, fats, dish washing waste, please be considerate and dispose of correctly.
If we show respect and abide by these rules there should be no reason we are not welcomed back in 2022.
Although we went through the process of gaining an exemption for extra riders and spectators and now that is not needed what is still required is physical distancing of 2 metres apart.
If you are unwell with a high temperature or other flu like symptoms please do not attend our event, stay home.
FIRES
Fires are permitted as long as they are contained and whoever starts the fire is responsible for it, please ensure that the fire is completely out before you leave the site, please note there is limited fire wood available on this site you will need to make your own arrangements for fire wood.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS ROUND 2: BROOKTON TOWN
- EVENT LOCATION: Lot 1 Brookton Highway, Brookton
- From Kelmscott, travel down Brookton Highway for around 108km.

We recommend you download the MA App via https://www.ma.org.au/downloads/
- When a transponder is transferred to the competitor, it is the competitor’s responsibility for any repairs or replacement cost of the transmitter, if damaged or lost.
- It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure the transponder is mounted correctly, and securely to prevent damage from fouling other components on the machine.
- It is the competitor’s responsibility if transponders are returned in good condition at the end of the event, or if due to machine failure or injury before the machine leaves the pit area. Competitors WILL be fined $50 for not returning transponders on the day.
- Transponders must be returned to the designated area/person as advised at the riders briefing.
- If you do not return your transponders within 30 minutes from the conclusion of racing you will have 7 days to return your transponder to the MWA Office. If you do not return it within 7 days, you will receive a $350.00 replacement invoice and your licence will be instantly suspended until you return the transponder or you pay the invoice.
- Transponders must be fitted for all practice sessions.
Please ensure you take ALL rubbish home with you and respect the property.
