Dirt High Promotions is thrilled to announce Australia’s premier motocross event, the 2025 Manjimup 15,000, is set to take place once again at the legendary Cosy Creek Motocross Track on the WA Day Long weekend.
Following a record-breaking 2024 weekend, with the largest crowd-size ever recorded since Dirt High Promotions took over the running of the event, this year’s event will look at add even more attraction’s and races to entertain spectators.
The weekend will kick off on Friday, May 30, as junior riders will hit the track practice in the morning followed by senior practice in the afternoon.
But the excitement really kicks off in the evening, as an all new MacTrack Public Bar is set to be unveiled for the official opening ceremony.
Situated alongside the main straight at the same site as the former riders lounge, the public bar will be a fantastic spot for spectators to mingle with riders after a days worth of racing.
Saturday will see intense racing action as the Juniors light up the track, before all riders are encouraged to take on the downhill mountain biking track.
In the afternoon, for the first time ever the Manjimup 15,000 All Stars will take on a Pole Shuffle, to set the grid order for Sunday’s racing.
The Four Cross event will return later that same evening, with this year the event opening itself up to more amateurs.
Dirt High Promotions expects more riders and races, as event organiser Willie encourages all motocross riders on the weekend to get themselves a license so they can take on the course.
The downhill mountain biking course, designed by 8x world champion Sam Hill, will once again carve its way down Rock and Roll Hill, providing fans with breathtaking, high-speed action.
On Sunday 1 June, the main event, the 2025 Manjimup 15,000 All Stars race, will take place where top-tier riders from across the country – and beyond – will battle it out on the demanding Cosy Creek track for ultimate glory.
All Star riders will be unveiled throughout the months of April and May.
Dirt High Promotions owner Willie Thomson is excited to build on last year’s success, expecting an even bigger turnout in 2025.
“The 2024 event was incredible – we saw record-breaking crowds and some of the best racing we’ve ever had,” Mr Thomson said in an interview earlier this year.
“For 2025, we’re going all out to make it even better. The riders, the fans, the energy – everything is going to be next level.”
